Ujoint Offroad Rear Bumper

We started from scratch with this design and did some things a bit different from a traditional rear bumper design. We always try to stay lightweight and didn't want to tie into the door hinges so the main bumper structure is made from 1/4 steel to add beef where it's needed (the weight of the swing arms) The skin of the bumper is Aluminum to keep the weight down and give it a clean look. The passenger side door will open w/o moving the D side tire swing. The panel behind the Pelican 1650 box is setup for MOLLE attachments and the lights add  red marker lights down low for visibility and reverse duties.
