NP1128F Flanged T-Case

This is the NP1128F transfer case that we use behind the 6R140 transmissions found in the 2015-2019 V10s and 2021/up 7.3 gas vans. This is a bolt up unit for the E450s and most of the V10 E350s. 2021/up E350 7.3s need a new output shaft before this t-case can be used. - This flanged transfer case is recommended for RVs with a wheelbase of 158" or less
- If your wheelbase is longer than 158" we recommend our slip yoke t-case
- Only available with the purchase of a complete 4x4 conversion kit
