This is an example of a complete 4x4 conversion kit from UJOR. I generally assemble kits for each customers needs, so this is a quick guide to get you in the ballpark. Desc: This is the new shackle sleeve cutting jig that we've developed to make every install perfect. It can be used with or without a plasma cutter. Use it as a center punch if you plan to use a hole saw, or simply knock out the center to use it as a plasma guide. The jig breaks down into two pieces to maker it easier to ship. Once the front spring hangers are drilled and in place, the jig uses the front spring hole as a pivot and then slides up to the frame at the rear. It ensures a perfectly square shackle sleeve hole every time. A must have for every conversion!

Crossover steering is now standard on every UJOR van conversion. By machining the stock steering knuckle, we're able to package the drag link above the leaf spring and obtain a better steering feel. This steering setup eliminates bump steer so there's no need for a trac bar.
We will need your stock knuckle back, so a core charge authorization will be placed on your credit card upon ordeing. We can avoid this if you send your knuckle in before we ship. Whatever works for your schedule, email for more details.
There are several kits available depending on your van. the standard SK004-SK008 kits include a longer pitman arm that has the large sector shaft teeth at 12, 3, 6 & 9 o'clock. The SK004HD-SK008HD kits include a pitman arm with the clocking at 2, 4, 8 & 10 o'clock. Most 7.3 vans have the HD setup.
Each steering kit includes a machined passenger side steering knuckle, steering arm & hardware, drag link, drag link ends (MOOG chassis parts) jamb nuts, and a pitman arm.

Desc: This is the new UJOR trac bar/shock mount system for crossover steering! It includes an upper trac bra mount that is bolt on using 2 of the steering box bolts and a 3rd bolt that holds it to the engine crossmember. If you have the stock coil buckets, a rivet needs to be removed for this. If you have the DS001 dual shock kit, the rivet is already gone. The upper u-bolt plates are new with this kit, and the pass side is the lower trac bar mount. These plates are 1/2 plate with 3/16 used for the shock & trac bar mount. All hardware is grade 8, and everything is powdercoated black. Heim joints are 3/4".
** If you already have the UJOR 4x4 conversion kit on your van, new u-bolts will be needed for this kit **

Desc: These custom DOT approved brake lines are steel braided, and have a protective clear coat for long life. Each kit includes two front lines & one extended line for the rear. These lines are built specifically to UJOR specs, and available for every lift height.
2000 & up Vans require an additional brake line for the rear drivers side brake caliper

Desc: These wheel spacers kill two birds with one stone. They increase rear track width to match your new front axle, as well as convert the bolt pattern to 8on170mm. Spacers are machined from billet steel in the USA, available from 1 1/2" to 3" wide, and are hub centric. Every spacer receives the proper wheel studs to match your front donor axle. Desc: I recommend this front frame support for any van still using the factory front bumper. It sandwiches between the bumper & the front frame horns, adding strength while spacing out the bumper 3/16". There is also a 1" bend top & bottom for added strength.

Desc: This rear add a leaf kit is for the 4" suspension lift. (Vans with sagging rear springs may need more) The kit includes 2 add a leafs, center pins, and 4 plastic pads.

Desc: This kit includes the spring perches, shock mounts, hard & soft brake lines & E-brake cable bracket needed to install a Sterling rear axle in your van. The spring perches are fabricated from 1/4" steel, and fully boxed for superior strength. The shock mounts are made from 3/16" steel, and accept any standard shock with a 1/2" bolt. The brake lines are bent specifically for the Sterling, and everything is made to work with the UJOR brake line kit.

Desc: The UJOR front sway bar link kit includes the front sway bar links & hardware needed to attach a stock F250/F350 sway bar to the E series frame. The links are adjustable with 1/2" heim joints, and all hardware is grade 8. The links are powder coated UJOR black, and 1/2" holes will need to be drilled through the frame for installation. (see video #2) Kits are available for all lift heights.

Desc: Shortening the fuel tank can be a little scary for some, so I've started producing this kit to make it easier. It's a pretty simple process when completed by a skilled welder. One piece slides over the tank, acting as a guide to let you know where to cut. The other piece is a new 16ga fuel tank cap that will be tig welded in place. This piece also has a rib for added strength.

I currently offer two different Bilstein shocks. The 5100 series is a great entry level shock that has been proven reliable for many many years. The 5160 series is a new shock that includes a full remote reservoir, and is available with different valvings. We use the 5160 in all dual shock applications and have used it as a single shock on a few rigs. Works really well!

Desc: UJOR's first transfer case shifter assy is for the 5R110/NV271 equipped vans. (6.0 Diesel) The factory mount interferes with the transmission cooler lines, so this kit relocates the shifter pivot for proper clearance. It also places the shifter next to the drivers seat, not between the seat & the doghouse. This kit includes the relocation bracket, Ford pivot, Ford connection rod, shifter boot & ring, shifter bar & knob, as well as a complete hardware kit. This is a bolt on kit, and requires you to cut a hole in the floor. All parts except the connection rod are powder coated black.
Desc: The TC002 kit is for the 4R100/1356 or 4R100/NV271 t-case combo.

Desc: This is the newly updated UJOR rear airbag overload system. The upper mount is bolt on, and the lower uses longer u-bolts and a new plate that acts as a pad for the lower side of the airbag. This enables the airbag to "float" during suspension travel so it doesn't bind the suspension during droop. The bags are Firestone and rated for 2500lbs @ 100psi. The kit also includes a grade 8 hardware kit and air fittings for the bags.

Desc: This kit is needed to convert the 5R110 transmission to 4wd. No need to remove the tranny!!! This kit includes the 4wd output shaft, 4wd tail housing, VSS sensor and the necessary gaskets. These parts make the 5R110 tranny ready to accept the NV271 t-case. Please email me for more details!

Desc: The UJOR rear skid system will allow you to utilize the "dead" space where the spare tire used to live. The Aluminum skid plate is a great place for an onboard air compressor, air tank, H2O tank & pump, auxiliary batteries, or anything else you can fit! The system includes a new weld in frame crossmember, complete grade 8 hardware kit, two bolt in support brackets, and an aluminum skid plate. Everything is powder coated UJOR black.
* The factory spare tire x-member must be removed from the frame, as well as the x-member directly behind the rear axle on EB (extended body) models

Desc: This heat shield is for V10 equipped vans. The stock drivers side heat shield cannot be re used once the exhaust is modified & front driveshaft is installed. The fuel lines & wires need protection!
(This shield may work on 5.4 models, but it hasn't been test fitted)
* The shield utilizes the stock mounting hardware in the stock location. The mounting holes will need to be drilled in the heat shield before mounting.
This is the new UJOR OBA (onboard air) system that mounts directly to the drivers side frame rail & body of your van! The frame mount is specifically designed to hold the ARB CKMTA12 compressor which is good for 135-150 psi and 6.16 CFM. It's a great compressor for its size. It draws 56 amps at max air flow and it sealed for moisture & dust resistance. The air tank is 2.5 gallons, and has 6 ports to run whatever you need. The fittings that are included are enough for several different setups and additional fittings may be needed for your particular needs. The air hose is 3/8 Goodyear instagrip and the kit comes with 35'. The kit also includes quick disconnects so you can run an airline to the front & rear of your van. A full wiring loom is included with the compressor and it's ready to power a pair of ARB lockers if you're equipped with them. All brakets are powdercoated black as well as the air tank, 3/8 grade 8 mounting hardware included. Email me with any questions!

Desc: This ERA (electronic ratio adapter) is required if you plan to mate the NV271 t-case to the E4OD or 4R100 transmission. The vans have a gear driven rear VSS sensor from the factory, and the new truck adapter will be a pulse driven electronic VSS. This module wires in simply to manipulate the signal to the computer, keeping everything happy!
