This is an example of a complete 4x4 conversion kit from UJOR. I generally assemble kits for each customers needs, so this is a quick guide to get you in the ballpark. Description: This steering kit includes both drag link ends, pitman arm, and drag link extension. The extension is machined from steel, and is specifically made for the UJOR van conversion. Both drag link ends are MOOG chassis parts, and replacements are available at any parts store. You will also need the stock tie rod assy to complete your steering system.
The bottom pic shows 3 different drag link adjusters. The top is a stock replacement, middle is an aftermarket "extended" sleeve, and the bottom is the UJOR adjuster with jamb nuts.

Desc: Shortening the fuel tank can be a little scary for some, so I've started producing this kit to make it easier. It's a pretty simple process when completed by a skilled welder. One piece slides over the tank, acting as a guide to let you know where to cut. The other piece is a new 16ga fuel tank cap that will be tig welded in place. This piece also has a rib for added strength.

I currently offer three different Bilstein shocks. The 5100 series is a great entry level shock that has been proven reliable for many many years. The 5150 series shock utilizes a piggy back reservoir to increase shock fluid volume and prevent shock fade. It's also available in 2 different valvings, so I can fine tune the application. The 5160 series is a new shock that includes a full remote reservoir, and is also available with different valvings.

(6.0 Diesel) The factory mount interferes with the transmission cooler lines, so this kit relocates the shifter pivot for proper clearance. It also places the shifter next to the drivers seat, not between the seat & the doghouse. This kit includes the relocation bracket, Ford pivot, Ford connection rod, shifter boot & ring, shifter bar & knob, as well as a complete hardware kit. This is a bolt on kit, and requires you to cut a hole in the floor. All parts except the connection rod are powder coated black.
